The HR Recruiter is responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle to attract, source, and hire top talent for the organization. This role involves understanding job requirements, sourcing qualified candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating the hiring process to ensure the right talent is brought on board in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Talent Sourcing & Outreach
  • Identify, attract, and engage qualified candidates using job boards, social media, professional networks, and recruitment agencies.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Recruitment Process Management
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, responsibilities, and selection criteria.
  • Post job openings on relevant platforms and monitor application flow.
  • Screen resumes, shortlist candidates, and conduct initial phone or video interviews.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Candidate Assessment & Selection
  • Evaluate applicants’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Provide hiring recommendations based on assessments.
  • Ensure all recruitment activities are in line with company policies and labor laws.
  • Onboarding & Employer Branding
  • Support onboarding processes to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
  • Promote the company as an employer of choice through consistent employer branding initiatives.
  • Reporting & Compliance
  • Maintain recruitment records and update the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Prepare recruitment reports and metrics to evaluate hiring efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Recruiter in real estate industry with knowledge of full-cycle recruiting.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and applicant tracking systems.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
