Responsibilities

• Lead high-impact data science initiatives across product, marketing, and operations teams.
• Conduct deep data analysis to extract business insights, test hypotheses, and improve KPIs.
• Build scalable analytics pipelines using SQL and dbt, with a focus on clean architecture and performance.
• Manage stakeholder requirements and deliver iterative MVPs with short feedback cycles.
• Contribute to system design and help manage technical debt within analytics infrastructure.
• Own data models and pipelines, ensuring testing, documentation, and maintainability.
• Share best practices with the team and mentor junior data scientists.
• Support continuous improvements across our data workflows and architecture.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in applied Data Science with strong software engineering practices.
• 2+ years of hands-on work in Digital Marketing, User Acquisition, or Product Analytics (e.g. attribution, SKAN, AB Testing, retention, monetization).
• Excellent SQL skills and experience building analytics models using dbt or similar tools.
• Strong engineering skills: version control (Git), CI/CD, testing, and modular architecture.
• Hands-on experience with tools like BigQuery, Amplitude, Metabase, or their alternatives.
• Experience working with RESTful/GraphQL APIs and building reliable data pipelines.
• Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.
• Prior experience in fast-paced, agile startup environments is a plus.
