Job Description: The Academic and Student Supervision Manager is responsible for leading and guiding the academic team to ensure the highest standards of quality in teaching and learning. This role involves supervising teacher performance, monitoring student development, and developing educational curricula to deliver an exceptional learning experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Academic Supervision: Monitoring and evaluating teacher performance and providing continuous guidance and support.
• Teacher Efficiency Improvement: Designing and managing workshops and training courses to develop the skills of male and female teachers.
• Student Affairs Management: Handling student and parent inquiries and resolving issues related to the educational process, and working to reduce withdrawal rates due to academic problems.
• Curriculum Development: Working on improving and developing educational curricula and programs in collaboration with the Research and Development team, and collaborating with external companies to create electronic curricula.
• Evaluation and Quality: Establishing mechanisms to ensure the quality of educational content and the effectiveness of teaching methods.
• Training and Development: Identifying training needs for teachers and designing programs to develop their skills.
• Coordination and Leadership: Leading academic teams and coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• University degree (no specific major required, but a background in Education, Islamic Studies, or Arabic is preferred, with a special preference for Al-Azhar graduates).
• Proven experience (3-5 years) in an academic or supervisory role, preferably in the e-learning or educational sector.
• Proven experience working online, particularly with non-Arabic speaking students.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in modern educational technologies.
• Strong knowledge of the principles of Quranic and Arabic language education.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English.
• Completion of courses related to management and leadership.
• Quranic certification (Ijaza) in recitation or memorization is a plus.
