Product Manager Needed

About the Role
We are seeking a highly driven Product Manager to lead product strategy, development, and management across our portfolio. The ideal candidate will set a clear vision, guide cross-functional teams, and ensure our products deliver real value to customers while meeting business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
🔹 Product Strategy & Planning
- Define the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and features aligned with customer needs.
- Analyze market and competitive conditions to make strategic product decisions.
🔹 Product Development
- Lead and guide cross-functional teams (market research, content development, operations, project management) in assessing and revamping existing products.
- Drive the development of new products tailored to customer needs.
- Supervise product development teams to ensure delivery within scope, quality, and timelines.
🔹 Product Management
- Lead collaboration with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to ensure product success.
- Develop and implement product marketing plans with stakeholders (MarCom, Digital Marketing, Sales, Promotions, Project Management).
- Monitor productivity and effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
- Oversee implementation of marketing projects, ensuring scope, budget, timeline, and quality are achieved.
🔹 Market Research
- Set research objectives and oversee the design of surveys/questionnaires.
- Analyze research results and recommend actions for product development and management.
🔹 Financials & Budgets
- Contribute to forecasting product sales targets.
- Support preparation of product marketing budgets.
- Monitor product financial performance vs. agreed budgets.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role min 3 years.
- Strong leadership and cross-functional team management skills.
- Solid knowledge of market analysis, product lifecycle management, and marketing strategy.
- Ability to manage budgets, forecasts, and product financial performance.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
