The candidate

  • You hate to lose
  • You enjoy prospecting and the thrill of the chase
  • You don’t shy away from re-discovering a client’s goals, objectives, challenges, etc.
  • You can comfortably set 3+ meetings a week within territory
  • You can run a full sales cycle from meeting generation, discovery meetings, closing the business, expanding within an account and renewing quarter over quarter
  • You take feedback, coaching and mentorship in stride
  • You can write a business email that matches the tone of your prospect and is native to the experience of your prospect without supervision
  • Your comfortable breaking from your previous job / role and reinventing yourself in a new role.


Requirements

  • 3-5 years of working experience in B2B sales / quota carrying roles
  • 1-2 years of selling to the Marketing line of business with either a marketing technology product or a marketing service
  • Have used or are familiar with the following technologies
  • CRM – Salesforce
  • Sales Engagement / data tools – Apollo, Zoominfo, Cognism, etc
  • Intent data tools – 6sense, Demandbase, etc
  • Marketing automation – Marketo, Hubspot, Eloqua, etc
  • Social tools – LinkedIn, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Office – MSFT office / MSFT 365
  • Being available for all working hours (our team often generates in the day for the day meetings to be routed to a local sales rep)
