Job Responsibilities

• Partner directly with department heads to understand business needs and translate them into effective HR strategies and solutions.

• Initiate the organizational structure with various types according to the business need.

• Collaborate with leadership to forecast workforce requirements and talent acquisition strategies.

• Responsible for end-to-end full recruitment cycle (White and blue collars).

• Lead the annual performance review cycle, ensuring clear goals and effective feedback are delivered to employees in the population.

• Provide guidance on performance management processes, including setting objectives, managing performance, and handling underperformance issues.

• Work with leadership to identify talent needs and succession planning, ensuring a robust talent pipeline.

• Manage employee relations, including performance reviews, conflict resolution, and employee engagement initiatives.

• Develop & Implement HR policies and procedures.

• Initiate and update job descriptions, job profiles and job evaluations for all positions.

• Responsible for selecting the best recruitment and hiring channels.


Qualification, Skills, and Attributes

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, HR or any related field.
  • +7 years of experience in all HR functions.
  • English Language level B2.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS office programs.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Multitasking.
  • Time Management.
