Key Responsibilities
1. Office Administration
Manage utility payments (water, electricity, internet, property management, security fees).
Oversee office maintenance (air conditioning, plumbing, locks, desks, chairs, etc.).
Handle daily procurement of office supplies and equipment.
Coordinate and manage employee transportation (buses, admin vehicles).
Support office relocation (site selection & rent management).
Arrange driver schedules for airport pick-ups.
2. Dormitory Administration
Manage dormitory utility payments (water, electricity, internet, property fees).
Ensure proper maintenance of dormitory facilities (air conditioning, plumbing, doors, windows, etc.).
Handle dormitory relocation (site selection & rent payments).

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (preferred).
6 months – 1 year of relevant administrative or office management experience.
Very good command of English (written & spoken).
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.
Good communication and coordination abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
