Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and motivated Instructional Design Intern to support the design and development of engaging, gamified learning experiences. This role is perfect for students or recent graduates passionate about education, creativity, and learning innovation.

Responsibilities

• Assist in designing and structuring educational courses across multiple topics.
• Develop gamified learning activities, such as card games, Monopoly-inspired board activities, and interactive whiteboard exercises.
• Support the creation of engaging course content aligned with learning objectives.
• Collaborate with education and product teams to brainstorm and implement new ideas.
• Conduct research on innovative instructional design methods and best practices.
• Participate in testing and feedback sessions to improve course effectiveness.

Requirements

• Interest in education, instructional design, or curriculum development.
• Creativity and ability to translate concepts into interactive learning activities.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of gamification or learning technologies is a plus.
