Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Recruiter, located in 10th of Ramadan. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates to meet the company's staffing needs. Daily tasks include posting job advertisements, conducting interviews, coordinating hiring processes, maintaining employee records, and working closely with department managers to understand recruitment needs. The HR Recruiter will also support onboarding new employees and ensuring they have a positive onboarding experience.

• Developing hiring strategies and recruiting plans
• Effective communication, both written and verbal
• Ability to maintain employee records and handle confidential information
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous experience in HR or recruitment is a plus
