Job Description
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy of hospital operations.
- Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and retention processes for medical and non-medical staff within the hospital sector.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, labor laws, and accreditation standards.
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
- Design and execute training and development programs tailored to healthcare professionals.

- Proven track record in managing HR functions in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop HR teams.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience with HRIS and other HR management systems.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

- Proficiency in organizational development and change management.
- Willingness to work onsite as required by hospital operations.
