Job Title: IT Help desk Specialist.

Sector/Business Line: Elsewedy Electric Infrastructure.

Scope: Infrastructure and Environmental Solutions.

Department: IT Dept.

Job Location: Ain Sokhna Elsewedy Electric Factory

Accountabilities:

  • Respond to queries either in person or over the phone.
  • Train computer users.
  • Maintain daily performance of computer systems.
  • Run diagnostic programs to resolve problems.
  • Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), and other systems.
  • Install computer peripherals for users.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure issue has been resolved.
  • Experience in Ticketing Systems
  • Microsoft office Experience
  • CCNA, MCSE
  • Knowledge in virtualization, San storage, office 365, Endpoints, system center family Preferred.
  • Preferred to be Suez residences.

  • Education Background: BSc in Communication Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.

Gender

Qualification:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in similar role.
  • English language is the must
  • High team work skills, Ability to work under pressure.
