Job Title: IT Help desk Specialist.
Sector/Business Line: Elsewedy Electric Infrastructure.
Scope: Infrastructure and Environmental Solutions.
Department: IT Dept.
Job Location: Ain Sokhna Elsewedy Electric Factory
Accountabilities:
- Respond to queries either in person or over the phone.
- Train computer users.
- Maintain daily performance of computer systems.
- Run diagnostic programs to resolve problems.
- Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), and other systems.
- Install computer peripherals for users.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issue has been resolved.
- Experience in Ticketing Systems
- Microsoft office Experience
- CCNA, MCSE
- Knowledge in virtualization, San storage, office 365, Endpoints, system center family Preferred.
- Preferred to be Suez residences.

- IT Manager
- Education Background: BSc in Communication Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.

Qualification:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in similar role.
