Role Overview

We are looking for a Turkish Chat Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team in Qesm El Maadi. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our Turkish-speaking users, providing excellent support through live chat. You will help resolve customer issues, ensure satisfaction, and contribute to a positive user experience that aligns with our global standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to Turkish-speaking customers via live chat
• Assist users by resolving product-related inquiries and technical issues
• Ensure customer satisfaction through empathetic and solution-oriented service
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex cases
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups
• Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) and service standards

Qualifications

• No previous experience required – Fresh graduates are welcome!
• Native-level or fluent Turkish, with strong proficiency in English
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
• Customer-focused mindset with good phone and chat etiquette
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
