Job Description
- Develop detailed HVAC system designs for commercial, residential, and industrial projects in compliance with relevant codes and standards.
- Prepare and review engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation for HVAC systems.
- Conduct load calculations, equipment selection, and ductwork/piping layout design using industry-standard software.
- Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate HVAC solutions seamlessly into overall project designs.
- Perform site visits and inspections to assess existing systems and ensure proper installation of new HVAC components.
- Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and installation of HVAC equipment and materials.
- Participate in value engineering processes to optimize system performance and cost-effectiveness.
- Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and drafting teams.
- Ensure all designs adhere to safety, sustainability, and energy efficiency standards.
- Prepare project reports, documentation, and presentations for internal and client meetings.

- 3 to 6 years of proven experience in HVAC design engineering.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and design methodologies.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and HVAC design software such as HAP or Carrier E20-II.
- Familiarity with local and international codes and standards (ASHRAE, SMACNA, etc.).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
