A leading Libyan construction company seeks an experienced HR Manager to join our leadership team and oversee all human resources functions.

Key Responsibilities:


Lead and manage the HR department

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals

Oversee recruitment, talent management, and succession planning

Ensure compliance with Libyan labor laws and company policies

Manage employee relations, performance, and disciplinary actions

Direct compensation, benefits, and payroll administration

Implement training and leadership development programs

Requirements:


8+ years HR experience with 3+ years in managerial role (construction industry preferred)

Bachelor's degree in HR/Business (Master's preferred)

Fluent in English & Arabic (written & spoken)

Strong leadership and team management skills

Proven experience in organizational development

HR certification (SHRM, CIPD, or equivalent)
