Job Description

• Receive and schedule maintenance requests from clients.
• Inspect and diagnose issues, and propose effective repair solutions.
• Coordinate and supervise technicians and subcontractors (electricians, plumbers, carpenters, etc.).
• Ensure quality and timely execution of maintenance works.
• Prepare and maintain maintenance records, reports, and cost tracking.
• Manage inventory of spare parts, tools, and materials.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Act as the main point of contact with clients, ensuring their satisfaction

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Architectural, Mechanical, or Electrical).
• Proven experience in building maintenance, including finishing works, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and aluminum works.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures and troubleshooting.
• Ability to manage and supervise multi-disciplinary technical teams.
• Proficiency in using MS Office (Excel, Word, Project) or maintenance management.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
