Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in 10th of Ramadan. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes, including recruitment, onboarding, training and development, performance management, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws. The role also involves developing and implementing HR strategies to drive a positive workplace culture and supporting the achievement of business goals.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of recruitment practices and employee onboarding

Experience in training and development, as well as performance management

Skills in employee relations and conflict resolution

Understanding of labor laws and HR compliance

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Strong leadership and team management abilities

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
