As the main point of contact for our students, you’ll play a key role in ensuring every interaction is smooth, positive, and memorable. You’ll combine empathy, communication, and problem-solving to make our students’ experience truly exceptional.
What You’ll Do
- Confirmation Emails: Craft and send friendly, clear confirmation emails for students.
- Feedback & Surveys: Gather and analyze feedback to continuously improve the student experience.
- Evaluation System: Approve requests and oversee the evaluation process with attention to detail.
- Google Reviews: Monitor and respond to daily reviews to maintain our strong online presence.
- Student Relationships: Build long-term, positive relationships by understanding and supporting student needs.
- Escalations (2nd Line): Handle and resolve escalated issues with professionalism and care.
What You Bring
- Experience in customer service, ideally within the education sector.
- Excellent communication and active listening skills.
- A genuine empathy for others and a passion for helping students succeed.
- A team-player attitude with an organized, proactive mindset.
