The Capital Sourcing Manager is a strategic procurement leadership role responsible for overseeing the end-to-end sourcing of capital projects across diversified business units — including Industrial, Agriculture, Poultry, and Logistics. The scope of purchases spans both local construction works and foreign equipment and machinery procurement, supporting projects of varying scale - from targeted upgrades to large-scale, multi-million-dollar programs, including those executed outside Egypt.

This role is accountable for developing and executing sourcing strategies, qualifying and managing vendors, enforcing procurement governance, and maximizing value through effective cost control. The Capital Sourcing Manager is expected to drive synergies across business units and leverage organizational scale to enhance sourcing efficiency, supplier leverage, and overall capital deployment impact.

Functionally, the role bridges procurement with engineering, project management, and finance to ensure sourcing decisions are timely, technically sound, and aligned with company strategic investment agenda.

Job Requirements:

• Operates with a strong understanding of business priorities. Ensures project needs are met without shortcuts, while promoting simplification and efficiency. Maintains a big-picture view and avoids unnecessary bureaucracy, acting as a business partner rather than a policy enforcer.

• Adheres to structured, traceable, and compliant procurement protocols.

• Able to manage end-to-end procurement across simultaneous projects with varying scope and urgency.

• Works effectively with engineering, project management, finance, and site operations.

• Constantly seeks to leverage company scale, consolidate suppliers, and optimize total cost of ownership (TCO).

• Uses market data, risk exposure, and financial benchmarks to inform sourcing decisions.

• Adapts sourcing plans dynamically to changing project needs, market volatility, or regional considerations.
