Job Description
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Collaborate with department managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist candidates based on job requirements and organizational fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system with accurate candidate information.
- Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Participate in job fairs, campus recruitment events, and networking activities to attract qualified candidates.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws throughout the recruitment process.
- Prepare and extend job offers, negotiate terms, and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
- Generate regular recruitment reports and provide insights to improve hiring processes.
