A well-known OiI & Gas Company in Egypt is looking for Instrumentation Specialist who can:

Job Main Purpose:

Perform instrumentation maintenance related activities including preventive and corrective maintenance schedule that is to optimize the reliability & availability of the equipment considering the plant operation & safety.

Job Tasks:

• Carry out the preventive and corrective maintenance activities for all field instrumentation according to a pre-set schedule.
• Perform the configuration, modification and troubleshooting activities for YOKOGAWA DCS system CENTUM CS 3000, SIS & ESD PROSAFE PLC, OPC, MULCOM & Serial Communication.
• Follow up the preventive and corrective maintenance activities for field instrumentation done by outsource contractors according to a pre-set schedule.
• Maintain the safety & quality regulations of all the instrumentation maintenance activities.
• List out all the spare parts that are required to perform preventive and corrective maintenance actions and to make technical evaluation for the received inquiries.
• Perform the configuration, modification and troubleshooting activities for different types of PLCs (SIEMENS S7, HIMA, GE FANUC, etc.)
• Review and update the preventive maintenance plan and maintenance work instructions using Computerized Maintenance Management System CMMS.
• Liaise with other disciplines (operation, technical services) to support all DCS relevant requirements.
• Ensure the carrying out of maintenance work on the programmable logic control (SIS, PLC, Fire & Gas Analyzer).
• Assist in shutdown preparations.
• Comply the daily work schedules.
• Ensure compliance with all company and governmental safety, environmental and health rules and regulation.

Job Main Requirements:

• 3 to 6 years of experience.
• Bachelor Degree of Engineering - Electrical, Electronics, Communications or Mechatronics.
• Oil & Gas or Petrochemicals or LNG Industry Experience.
