Qualifications & Skills
o Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
o 10 - 15 Years of a highly successful track record managing the recruitment for the Gulf area or internationally, preferably at a reputable recruitment agency.
o Master degree in HR or accredited in HR diploma is essential
o Proficiency in ATS systems, and HR software’s.
o Strong coordination and reporting capabilities.
o The ability to quickly grasp any role in any industry is essential
o Able to demonstrate an outstanding customer service track record
• Well versed in labor legislation for KSA and Egypt, knowledge of Pakistani labor regulations is a strong plus.
o Excellent interviewing skills.
o Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
o Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
