Job Description
- Identify and engage prospective clients to promote ODP’s executive education programs and organizational development solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Conduct in-depth consultations with clients to assess their organizational challenges and recommend appropriate ODP offerings.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through effective pipeline management and strategic outreach.
- Collaborate with marketing and program teams to align sales strategies with organizational goals and campaigns.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to key decision-makers within client organizations.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales agreements in line with company policies and objectives.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress using CRM systems.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and best practices in organizational development and HR education.
- Represent ODP at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand brand presence and generate leads.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 2-6 years of proven experience in sales, business development, or client advisory roles, preferably within the education, HR, or consulting sectors.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent presentation and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Solid understanding of organizational development, HR practices, or executive education is a plus.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
