Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement quality control standards and procedures across all production stages.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods.
• Identify and address quality issues and defects, implementing corrective and preventive actions.
• Train and mentor quality control staff on inspection techniques, quality standards, and company policies.
• Collaborate with production teams to ensure adherence to quality standards and efficient production processes.
• Analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Maintain accurate records of quality control activities and inspection results.
• Investigate customer complaints and implement necessary corrective actions.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and advancements in quality control.
• Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in a quality control role within the textile industry.
• Proven experience in managing and leading quality control teams.
• Strong understanding of textile manufacturing processes, including printing, cutting, and production.
• Excellent knowledge of quality control methodologies and tools.
• Proficiency in using statistical process control (SPC) techniques.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good command of English
