ob Responsibilities

  • Expand both the local and international market, maintain a good relationship with different business parties and clients
  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
  • Prospect for new business, developing relationships with builders, developers, property managers and others.
  • Represents Company at various events, organizations and associations for the purpose of building relationships that lead to new business.
  • Provide feedback to appropriate parties regarding, pricing, competition and other market observations.
  • Responds to all inquiries and requests for bid in a timely manner.
  • Appointment scheduling, preparation, and presentation to clients.
  • Keep up with the marketing trends and develop marketing strategies to support the business expansion.
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
  • Work closely with other marketing teams and assist with the general marketing campaigns.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture/Interior Design.
  • 3-5 years of proven working experience as a senior business development or a relevant role.
  • Proven Track Records for Handling Commercial, Administrative, Retail and Residential, Fit-Out Projects for an Architect Firm.
  • Having a strong sales character, and ability to negotiate and understand numbers is vital.
  • Knowledge of furniture, finishes, materials, color selections, and specifications.
  • Ability to understand Architectural CAD Drawings and well knowledge of Photoshop.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Bitrix24, Salesforce), knowledge of AutoCAD, Adobe suit is preferred.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • A proven track record in strong presentation skills.
  • The ability to close deals with clients, including cold leads.
  • Experience in business-to-business sales at the corporate level preferred.
  • An aptitude for research and analysis.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Owning a car is a plus.
  • Flexibility to work for extra time, if required.
  • Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
