We're Hiring: Business Development Representative (BDR) 🚀
Location: Fully Remote (9 AM - 5 PM EST)
Our client, an innovative B2B solutions company, is looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to qualify leads, manage the sales cycle, and close new business opportunities. If you're passionate about sales and building long-term relationships, this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage inbound and outbound leads through calls, emails, and texts
- Qualify prospects and close at least 5 deals per month
- Manage CRM (Go High Level) and document interactions
- Build strong relationships with prospects to drive conversions
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of B2B sales experience
- Proven track record in lead generation and closing deals
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Go High Level preferred)
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
What Success Looks Like:
- Consistently hitting sales targets (5+ deals/month)
- Strong client relationships leading to repeat business and referrals
- Efficient pipeline management and positive team recognition
