We're Hiring: Business Development Representative (BDR) 🚀


Location: Fully Remote (9 AM - 5 PM EST)


Our client, an innovative B2B solutions company, is looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to qualify leads, manage the sales cycle, and close new business opportunities. If you're passionate about sales and building long-term relationships, this role is for you!


Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage inbound and outbound leads through calls, emails, and texts
  • Qualify prospects and close at least 5 deals per month
  • Manage CRM (Go High Level) and document interactions
  • Build strong relationships with prospects to drive conversions


Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of B2B sales experience
  • Proven track record in lead generation and closing deals
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Go High Level preferred)
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)


What Success Looks Like:

  • Consistently hitting sales targets (5+ deals/month)
  • Strong client relationships leading to repeat business and referrals
  • Efficient pipeline management and positive team recognition
