• Act as the main point of contact for customers, ensuring a seamless experience and long-term satisfaction.

 • Manage the customer lifecycle from onboarding to renewal and expansion.

 • Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints through phone, email, or other communication channels.

 • Resolve and document tickets accurately using CRM systems and ticketing tools.

 • Provide proactive support by identifying potential issues or opportunities for improvement.

 • Collaborate with Sales, Technical Support, and Operations teams to ensure a unified customer experience.

 • Conduct regular check-ins and performance reviews with clients.

 • Collect customer feedback and translate it into actionable insights to enhance service quality.Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

 • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Customer Success, Customer Support, or Account Management.

 • Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.

 • Hands-on experience with CRM systems (preferably Zoho CRM or HubSpot).

 • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.

 • Highly organized with strong time management skills.
