Job Purpose
Deliver outstanding, multilingual customer support—resolving inquiries, guiding users, and representing the brand with professionalism and empathy.
Location & Work Setup
Workplace: Maadi Technology Park
Shifts: Rotational shifts (flexibility required)
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via calls/chats/emails with accuracy and empathy
- Recognize, apply, and explain product/service knowledge to resolve issues
- Troubleshoot, escalate when necessary, and follow up to closure
- Document interactions clearly and maintain data integrity
- Meet quality, productivity, and CSAT targets
- Collaborate with teammates and follow process updates
Requirements
- Experience: 6+ months in customer service
- Education: Graduates or dropouts (no gap years; no current undergraduates)
- Languages: Fluency in French, German, Dutch, Spanish, or Portuguese + B1 English
- Tech: Confident computer and typing skills
- Eligibility: Egyptians only
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer-centric mindset
- Flexibility to work rotational shifts and public holidays/weekends as needed
