Job Purpose

Deliver outstanding, multilingual customer support—resolving inquiries, guiding users, and representing the brand with professionalism and empathy.


Location & Work Setup

Workplace: Maadi Technology Park

Shifts: Rotational shifts (flexibility required)


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via calls/chats/emails with accuracy and empathy
  • Recognize, apply, and explain product/service knowledge to resolve issues
  • Troubleshoot, escalate when necessary, and follow up to closure
  • Document interactions clearly and maintain data integrity
  • Meet quality, productivity, and CSAT targets
  • Collaborate with teammates and follow process updates


Requirements

  • Experience: 6+ months in customer service
  • Education: Graduates or dropouts (no gap years; no current undergraduates)
  • Languages: Fluency in French, German, Dutch, Spanish, or Portuguese + B1 English
  • Tech: Confident computer and typing skills
  • Eligibility: Egyptians only
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer-centric mindset
  • Flexibility to work rotational shifts and public holidays/weekends as needed
