Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Supervisor located in Qesm El Maadi. The Customer Service Supervisor will oversee daily operations of the customer service team, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing support, and maintaining high customer service standards. They will be responsible for training and supervising staff, handling escalated issues, and developing strategies to improve service efficiency.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus

- Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, IF, SUM, etc.)
- 2:3 years of experience as a customer service.
- Should be a Maadi resident or nearby.
Responsibilities:
- Manage client relationships, coordinate with internal departments, and support business development.
- Handle POs/PRs cycle with clients & procurement, ensure to send on time, and close cycles.
- Prepare reports: daily sales order (DSR), monthly letters, and monthly presentations.
- Update quotations, pricing sheets, supplier lists, and client databases.
- Review and process all documents (POs, invoices, GRNs), ensure approvals, and forward to Finance.
- Create & manage weekly email/WhatsApp campaigns.
- Update company profile and develop SOPs.
- Handle client registrations and maintain portals access (Modon, AUC, UNDP, Noon, Teleperformance).
