Role Description

We’re hiring a Remote Truck Dispatcher who understands the U.S. trucking market.

You’ll book profitable loads, coordinate with drivers and brokers, and keep shipments running smoothly from pickup to delivery.

⚠️ Only candidates with prior U.S. truck-dispatching or freight-brokering experience will be considered.
Key Responsibilities

• Book and negotiate loads on DAT, Truckstop, or similar boards.
• Plan round-trip routes to minimize empty miles.
• Communicate daily with drivers, brokers, and shippers.
• Track loads in real time and provide timely updates.
• Ensure rate confirmations, BOLs, and PODs are accurate and submitted.
• Resolve route or delivery issues quickly and professionally.
• Maintain organized records in dispatch spreadsheets or software.
  

Requirements

✅ Proven experience in U.S. truck dispatching or logistics

✅ Fluent English (spoken + written)

✅ Good internet connection and laptop/PC

✅ Knowledge of Hours-of-Service (HOS) rules and route planning

✅ Strong follow-up, negotiation, and communication skills

✅ Able to work U.S. Eastern Time hours from Egypt

Preferred: Experience with dry-van, reefer, or flatbed freight.

Work Hours & Compensation
