Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Recruitment and OD Section Head based in Giza. The Recruitment and OD Section Head will be responsible for managing the recruitment and selection process, conducting interviews, and participating in the hiring process. They will also handle organizational development tasks, including training and development programs and employee performance evaluations. The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work closely with various departments to meet organizational goals.

• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Ability to work on-site in Giza
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
