The Visa & Travel Consultant is responsible for providing end-to-end support to clients throughout their travel process — from visa applications to flight booking and pricing.

The role involves advising clients on visa requirements and documentation, registering applications on embassy websites, and using global reservation systems such as Amadeus and MDC to book and issue flight tickets accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise clients on visa types, requirements, and application procedures.
• Register and submit visa applications through embassy or consulate online portals.
• Upload required documents and ensure successful submission on embassy platforms.
• Stay updated with the latest visa rules, immigration policies, and travel regulations.
• Handle client inquiries and follow up on application statuses promptly.
• Book flight tickets and itineraries using Amadeus and MDC systems.
• Price airfares accurately according to airline policies and promotional offers.
• Issue, modify, or cancel flight tickets upon client request.
• Prepare daily reports related to bookings and visa processing.
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a smooth, complete travel experience for clients.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in visa processing or flight booking.
• Proficiency in Amadeus (mandatory); knowledge of MDC is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of embassy procedures and airline pricing rules.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and data entry.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
