Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role located in Cairo, Egypt, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Insurance Agent will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as selling insurance policies, assisting clients with insurance claims, providing financial advice, and maintaining client portfolios. The role will involve leveraging customer service skills to address client queries and concerns, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

• Experience in Insurance Sales, Insurance, and Insurance Brokerage
• Finance knowledge and expertise
• Strong Customer Service skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Relevant certifications or licenses in insurance and finance are a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field is preferre
