We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Manager to manage our recruitment function in Cairo, Egypt. The ideal candidate will oversee the full recruitment lifecycle — from workforce planning and sourcing to hiring and onboarding — while managing and developing a team of recruiters to ensure timely and high-quality hiring outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the recruitment team to achieve hiring goals across all departments.
• Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
• Calibrate closely with hiring managers and HR leadership to understand staffing needs and develop effective hiring strategies and plans.
• Build and maintain a strong and active talent pipeline for critical and recurring roles.
• Ensure a seamless candidate experience and uphold the company’s employer brand.
• Analyze recruitment metrics and provide regular reports and insights to management.
• Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies, job boards, and universities.
• Manage and execute Leadership and Support hiring.
• Stay updated on market trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices in recruitment.
• Drive process improvements and implement innovative sourcing techniques to attract top talent.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 6–8 years of proven experience in recruitment, including at least 2-3 years in a managerial or team lead role.
• Excellent Language Skills (C1 level English)
• Experience in multinational or large-scale organizations.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes and current talent acquisition trends in the BPO industry.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using ATS platforms and other recruitment tools.
