Role Description

· Collaborate with HR and IT teams to define requirements and deliver scalable SAP SuccessFactors solutions.

· Implement, configure, and customize various SuccessFactors modules.

· Manage and monitor integrations between SAP SuccessFactors and other systems (e.g., SAP ERP, payroll, BI).

· Provide support during all project phases: blueprinting, realization, testing, go-live, and hyper care.

· Conduct user training sessions and create supporting documentation.

· Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues proactively.

· Ensure compliance with data protection policies (e.g., GDPR, Egyptian labor law).

· Liaise with SAP support and vendors for escalated issues and enhancement requests.

· Provide insights on continuous improvement and system optimization opportunities.


Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.

· SAP SuccessFactors certification is highly preferred, especially in Employee Central.

· Project management certification (e.g., PMP, Agile/Scrum) is a plus.

· 3–5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation and support.

· Strong understanding of HR processes in retail/pharmaceutical sectors (workforce planning, talent management, learning, etc.).

· Proven experience integrating SuccessFactors with SAP and third-party systems.

· Experience with SAP BTP, CPI, and IDoc/ODATA/API-based integrations is a plus.

· Familiarity with ITIL processes for change, incident, and problem management.
