Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Architectural Technical Office Engineer, based in New Cairo. The role involves creating and reviewing architectural designs, preparing shop drawings, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with project specifications and timelines. The engineer will also contribute to cost estimations, provide material take-offs, and address any technical challenges during the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in architectural design, including creating detailed shop drawings and conceptual layouts
  

• Experience 5-7 years in real estate development

• Experience in project coordination, site supervision, and resolving on-site technical issues
• Knowledge of technical office processes, cost estimation, and material take-offs
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and other 2D/3D modeling tools
