System Design & Documentation: Develop and document Substation Control Systems (SCS) and SCADA systems, including control logic diagrams, network architecture (RSTP, PRP, HSR), and signal lists.

Programming & Configuration: Program and configure remote terminal units (RTUs), Bay Control Units (BCUs), and human-machine interfaces (HMIs) using Siemens tools like SICAM PAS, SICAM SCC/WinCC, and DIGSI 4/5.

Protocol Integration: Implement and parameterize standard communication protocols such as IEC 61850, IEC 60870-5-101/104, Modbus, and Profinet.

Testing & Commissioning: Plan and execute Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT), including I/O testing, protocol validation, and troubleshooting on-site.

Troubleshooting & Support: Provide technical support throughout the project lifecycle and diagnose system issues in the field.

Cybersecurity: Integrate cybersecurity measures into the technical design
