Role Overview:

The Educational Graphic & Presentation Designer will be responsible for creating visually engaging and educational graphic content and presentations that support the programming curriculum for children and youth. This role works closely with curriculum developers, instructional designers, and developers to design clear, age-appropriate, and interactive visual materials that enhance learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design high-quality graphics, infographics, and illustrations that simplify programming concepts for children and youth.
• Produce educational presentations and learning materials that are visually appealing and pedagogically effective.
• Collaborate with content developers to ensure visual materials align with curriculum objectives and age groups.
• Develop interactive visual elements such as animations and infographic videos to promote engagement.
• Maintain visual consistency aligned with Ai School’s branding and educational standards.
• Review, revise, and update visual content based on feedback and learning outcomes.
• Manage multiple design projects efficiently and meet deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Instructional Design, Multimedia Design, or related field.
• Proven experience designing educational graphics and presentations, preferably in an EdTech or learning environment.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects), PowerPoint, Figma, or similar.
• Strong ability to translate complex concepts into simple, visual storytelling suitable for children and youth.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work with cross-functional teams.
• Passion for education, creativity, and innovation in learning design.

Experience:

• 2 to 4 years in graphic design focused on educational content, e-learning, or instructional materials.
• Demonstrable portfolio of educational graphic content and interactive presentations.
• Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and gamified learning approaches is desirable.
• Experience working in multidisciplinary teams including content developers, educators, and programmers.
