Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt, for a Public Policy Analyst. The role involves conducting comprehensive policy research, analyzing political and regulatory developments, and formulating evidence-based policy recommendations. The Analyst will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to design and implement projects, prepare high-quality reports and presentations, and provide actionable insights to clients. Additional responsibilities include monitoring regulatory frameworks, engaging with stakeholders, and staying updated on relevant government policies and initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Policy Development and Policy Research
• Strong Analytical Skills, with the ability to translate complex policy issues into clear insights.
• Excellent Communication abilities, both written and verbal English & Arabic
• Familiarity with the Egyptian economy, regulatory frameworks, and public policy landscape
• Relevant academic background, such as a degree in Public Policy, Law, Economics, Political Science or a related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with data visualization tools is an advantage
• Good teamwork and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in English and Arabic is preferred
