Job Description
- Design, develop, and deliver engaging sales training programs for new and existing sales staff in Alexandria.
- Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and consultations with managers to identify skill gaps and areas for performance improvement.
- Facilitate interactive workshops, role-plays, and on-the-job coaching sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, providing feedback and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to align training content with business objectives and market strategies.
- Update training materials regularly to reflect new products, features, and industry best practices.
- Support the onboarding of new hires by providing comprehensive orientation and initial sales training.
- Track and report on training attendance, participation, and outcomes to management.
- Mentor and motivate sales teams to achieve performance targets and uphold realme’s customer service standards.
- Stay informed about competitor products and market trends to ensure training remains relevant and competitive.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in sales training, sales, or a related role, preferably within the technology or retail sector.
- Proven ability to deliver effective training sessions to diverse audiences.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, customer engagement, and retail operations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to assess training needs and adapt content to various learning styles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and digital training tools.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Self-motivated with a passion for developing others.
- Willingness to work onsite in Alexandria and travel as needed.
