Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Visa Officer, located in Cairo, Egypt. The Visa Officer will manage all visa applications and ensure compliance with immigration requirements. Daily responsibilities will include reviewing, processing, and submitting visa applications, consulting with clients regarding visa processes, and resolving any issues related to immigration procedures. Providing professional customer service and clear communication to clients is integral to this role.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of visa processes and experience handling immigration-related matters
• Excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain positive client relationships
• Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to clearly explain procedures and requirements
• Attention to detail, ability to work under deadlines, and a professional demeanor
• A background or experience in the travel and tourism industry is preferred
