Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with contractors, consultants, developers, and project owners.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
  • Secure and follow up on major project specifications and approvals.
  • Present coatings and paint solutions to key decision-makers.
  • Achieve sales targets and expand market share in Egypt.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of products, technical specifications, and industry trends.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and project pipelines.
  • Coordinate with technical, marketing, and operations teams to ensure project success.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of sale in alignment with company policies and market conditions.

Job Requirements

  • ● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Chemistry, Engineering, or a related field.
  • ● 3 to 7 years of proven sales experience in the coatings, paints, or chemical industry.
  • ● Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets within a competitive market.
  • ● Strong understanding of coatings and paints products, applications, and industry standards.
  • ● Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • ● Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • ● Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • ● Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • ● Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events.
  • ● Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
