Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Real Estate Sales role located in Cairo, Egypt. The Real Estate Sales professional will be responsible for managing property sales, building and maintaining relationships with clients, conducting property viewings, and assisting clients in buying, selling, or leasing real estate. The role includes preparing marketing materials, negotiating contracts, and ensuring a seamless transaction process for clients. The candidate will also focus on meeting sales targets and staying updated on market trends.

Qualifications

• Possession of a Real Estate License
• Experience in Real Estate and knowledge of Real Property
• Strong Sales and Customer Service skills
• Proficiency in communication and negotiation
• Ability to work independently with a results-driven mindset
• Familiarity with the local real estate market in Cairo is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
