• Manage recruitment process (sourcing, screening and onboarding)
• Coordinate with department heads to identify hiring needs
• Prepare and post job advertisements on various platforms
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports
• Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience
• Manage employee relations and support management directives.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field
• Minimum of 2–3 years experience in recruitment or similar HR role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
