Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Giza for a Visa Manager. The Visa Manager will oversee the visa application process, ensuring accurate documentation and processing within timelines. Responsibilities include coordinating with embassies, consulates, and various stakeholders, monitoring compliance with regulatory requirements, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise. Additionally, the Visa Manager will manage client relationships, provide guidance on visa processes, and continuously improve operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of visa processing regulations and requirements; experience working with embassies or consulates.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple visa applications and communicate timelines effectively.
• Proficiency in administrative and documentation tasks, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and regulatory authorities effectively.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage deadlines, and resolve visa-related challenges promptly.
• Experience in the travel or customer service industry is highly desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
