Role Description

This full-time hybrid role of Insurance Specialist is primarily based in New Cairo, with flexibility for remote work. The Insurance Specialist will assist clients by understanding their needs, providing tailored insurance solutions, and maintaining excellent service standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include advising clients on suitable products, liaising with insurance brokers, explaining financial solutions, resolving client inquiries, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge in Insurance and Insurance Brokerage
• Background in Finance and financial solutions related to insurance
• Excellent Communication skills to advise and engage with clients effectively
• Experience in Customer Service to provide high-quality client support
• Keen problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is required
• Experience within the insurance industry is a strong
