Oversee all manufacturing operations including Production, Maintenance, Quality Control, and Warehousing.
Develop and manage daily, monthly, and annual production schedules to ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders.
Lead, coach, and evaluate the plant workforce (Engineers, Technicians, and Laborers).
Lead the full implementation and maintenance of the ISO 9001 Quality Management System throughout all stages of production.
Ensure all manufactured equipment and products strictly adhere to international technical standards, particularly the IEC/EN 60335 specifications related to electrical safety for appliances.
Supervise Quality Control activities to minimize defects and reduce waste (Scrap & Defects).
Analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to identify and prioritize areas for operational efficiency improvements.
Implement Lean Manufacturing principles and other continuous improvement initiatives to reduce operating costs and boost productivity.
Manage inventory control for raw materials and finished goods to minimize holding costs.
Oversee Preventive Maintenance planning to maximize equipment uptime and operational readiness.
Guarantee a safe working environment compliant with all Occupational Health and Safety (OSH) regulations.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or Production) is essential.
Proven experience in implementing and managing ISO 9001 systems.
Strong working knowledge of electrical safety and quality standards specific to commercial appliances (IEC/EN 60335 is highly desirable).
Proficiency in process improvement methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma (a strong asset).
Experience from 10 to 15 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with 5 years minimum in a leadership role (e.g., Assistant Plant Manager, or Senior Operations Manager).
Industry Experience: Strong preference for candidates with experience in metal fabrication, equipment manufacturing, or related high-precision industries.
