Remote Full-Time IT Support (HubSpot Admin / Sales Data Quality), Egypt-based


We are looking for a full-time, remote IT Support professional who is also a genuinely strong HubSpot admin and can own sales-data quality end-to-end. This role is crucial to keeping our sales team performing - clean data in, clean data out, and no time wasted chasing the wrong details.

What you’ll be doing

  • Being our go-to for day-to-day remote IT support (access, accounts, permissions, troubleshooting, set-ups, keeping tools working properly)
  • Owning HubSpot administration and data hygiene
  • Making sure prospects are correctly uploaded to HubSpot (imports, field mapping, required properties, correct company/contact linking)
  • Keeping the CRM accurate and usable: deduplication, standardisation, validation, and ongoing cleanup
  • Ensuring sales can rely on HubSpot data to contact clients (correct emails, phone numbers, company info, notes, next steps)
  • Supporting the team with views, lists, basic workflows, permissions, and sensible pipeline structure
  • Supporting our outbound data tools
  • Apollo: list building, exports/imports, enrichment, data checks
  • RocketReach: contact finding, enrichment, verification, data completion
  • Running data migrations confidently (spreadsheets/other sources → HubSpot)
  • Setting up import templates, mapping fields, handling edge cases
  • QA checks after import (spot checks, totals, duplicates, missing data, property formatting)
  • Documenting the process so it’s repeatable and scalable
  • Putting simple systems in place so the CRM stays clean (rules, templates, checklists, “how we do things” guidance for the team)

What I’m looking for (must-haves)

  • Expert-level HubSpot experience (not just a user, you understand admin, data structure, imports, and best practice)
  • Proven ability to own CRM data quality end-to-end (accuracy, completeness, consistency, duplication control)
  • Strong experience with data migrations and large imports (and the discipline to validate properly)
  • Comfortable supporting sales operations: you understand urgency, follow-up, and why clean data matters
  • Experience using Apollo and RocketReach (or similar tools) for prospect data
  • Detail-oriented, organised, and proactive - you fix issues before they become problems
  • Comfortable in a start-up environment (you’ll need to be practical and get stuck in)

Nice to have (big plus)

  • Keen to learn the basics of audit and how strong data supports audit work
  • Interest in becoming our data analytics point person (reporting, insights, dashboards, trends)
  • Interest/experience in cyber security (practical controls, security hygiene, access management, MFA, sensible policies)
