Explico is an EU-based outbound team specialized in B2B appointment setting. We don’t run ads, we don’t sell leads, and we don’t use chatbots. We generate real sales meetings through professional phone conversations.
We’re looking for a fluent English & Arabic telemarketing professional to contact companies, qualify decision-makers, and book meetings for our clients (Dubai/UAE and international markets).

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a human resources advisory or generalist role.
- Proven ability to provide effective HR guidance in a remote work environment.
- Strong understanding of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust at all levels.
- Demonstrated experience in handling employee relations and conflict resolution.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced setting.
- Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and priorities.
