The HR Consultant will provide expert advice and hands-on support in developing, implementing, and optimizing human resources strategies, policies, and processes. This role ensures alignment between HR practices and business goals, enhancing employee engagement, performance, and organizational efficiency.

Experience in the GCC market is highly preferred, as the consultant will collaborate with regional partners and apply HR best practices aligned with Gulf business environments.


Responsibilities :


  • Assess current HR processes, policies, and procedures to identify gaps and improvement areas.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s overall goals.
  • Advise management on talent acquisition, workforce planning, and organizational development.
  • Design and update HR frameworks including job descriptions, performance appraisals, and salary structures.
  • Support employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions in compliance with labor laws.
  • Guide management on compensation, benefits, and reward systems.
  • Deliver HR training sessions and workshops for managers and employees.
  • Assist in developing onboarding programs and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with Egyptian labor law and GCC HR standards and practices.
  • Partner with department heads to align HR practices with operational needs across regions.


Qualifications & Skills:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree or HR certification preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of HR experience, including consulting or advisory roles.
  • Proven experience in the GCC market.
  • Strong understanding of Egyptian labor law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results under tight deadlines.
  • Fluency in English .
