Key Responsibilities
Achieve Hiring Targets: Ensure the achievement of recruitment targets and fill roles within established timelines.
Lead Full Recruitment Lifecycle: Oversee the recruitment process across all departments and levels.
Develop Effective Sourcing Strategies: Design and implement innovative methods to attract high-quality candidates.
Optimize Hiring Efficiency: Ensure cost-effective, high-quality, and timely recruitment processes.
Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Work closely with department leaders to understand hiring needs and tailor strategies accordingly.
Enhance Candidate Experience: Implement strategies to improve candidate experience and reduce turnover.
Ensure Compliance: Maintain recruitment processes in line with company policies and industry best practices.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a related field
Master’s degree or equivalent qualifications is a must
Minimum 8 years of recruitment experience, including at ????least 5 years in a managerial role.
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) in English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Experience with CRM and ERP systems for managing recruitment workflows.
